HEY, WE’RE ROBYN & JOSH!
Two people, one family business.
Josh is the carpenter! He designs, builds and fits everything you see. I’m Robyn, and I look after everything that gets him there: your messages, booking video calls, quotes, bookings and all the little details in between.
We’re also husband and wife, parents to two young girls, a cat called Shadow and owners of a family home that never seems to have enough storage, so we genuinely understand the chaos!
Together, we’ve built ENOVATE into a multi-award-winning family business, helping people across Maidstone and Kent make their homes work better for real life.
It started in our own home.
When we moved into our new-build, it looked lovely, but it quickly became obvious that it hadn’t been designed with actual family storage in mind. There was nowhere for the toys, the awkward spaces did nothing and freestanding furniture never quite fitted properly.
Thankfully, I happened to be married to a carpenter!
Josh began building the storage our home was missing, and we saw just how much difference properly designed cabinetry could make, not only to how a room looked, but to how family life felt.
That experience became the idea behind ENOVATE: beautiful, made-to-measure storage designed for real homes, real routines and all the stuff that comes with them. In 2024, we took the leap and made it official.

JOSH — THE ONE WITH THE TOOLS
Josh has more than 15 years of carpentry and renovation experience and is responsible for designing, building and fitting every ENOVATE project.
He’s calm, practical, extremely particular about the details and very good at seeing a storage solution where the rest of us just see an awkward wall. He’ll be the one you meet on your video call and the one working in your home.

If you’ve sent us a message, received a quote, booked a date or seen something from ENOVATE online, you’ve probably spoken to me.
I look after the customer journey from your first enquiry onwards, keeping everything clear, organised and friendly, while making sure Josh knows where he’s going and what he’s building. A more substantial task than it sounds!

You deal directly with us from the first message to the finished installation. No sales team, call centre or being passed from person to person. Josh will also take your parcels in for you, what’s not to love!

Since launching ENOVATE in 2024, what began as an idea inspired by our own home has grown into a dedicated fitted-storage business, a small storage workshop of our own and more than 150 completed family-home projects across Kent.
