Can the cabinetry be built around radiators or sockets?

Potentially. Josh will assess existing features and plan the cabinetry around safe access and airflow. Any electrical or plumbing alterations would need to be arranged separately.

Yes, provided the area allows enough comfortable walking space. We can explore shallower cabinetry and a simpler layout for more compact entrances.
How much do bespoke alcove units cost?

Will the cabinetry arrive painted?
Our cabinetry is supplied ready for decorating. Painting is arranged separately, while cushions and other soft furnishings are sourced by the customer.

Our boot room and hallway cabinetry is built using MDF and neatly fitted around the room’s existing walls and features.
PLANNING THE SPACE
We’ll consider door openings, radiators, sockets, walkways and how much room your family needs to move comfortably through the area.
DECORATING
Your cabinetry will be supplied ready for decorating. Painting is arranged separately, with Sam’s Property Solutions available as our recommended decorator.
iNSTALLATION TIME
The timeframe depends on the size and detail of your design. Your expected installation schedule will be clearly confirmed within your quotation.
